| All Iloilo City Inbound Travelers | Iloilo City is now implementing the use of S-Pass for the approval of travel to the city. Please create an account and apply for a Travel Coordination Permit (TCP). Please take note that the application will only be approved once all requirements are submitted through S-Pass. |
| ROFs/OFWs | To return/enter Iloilo City, you need to submit the following documents:

| Protocols upon arrival | For ROFs/OFWs who are fully vaccinated: They can have their quarantine at their hotel or government facility or home with the approval by the BHERTS. They shall undergo RT-PCR Testing upon arrival at Lapaz Plaza Gym. And quarantine while waiting for the result. Once tested negative, kindly secure a clearance to be released from quarantine. For ROFs/OFWs who are not fully vaccinated: They can have their quarantine at their hotel or government facility or home with the approval by the BHERTS. They shall undergo RT-PCR Testing on the 3rd day of the quarantine at Lapaz Plaza Gym. The 1st day of quarantine will start on the next day of arrival. Once tested negative, they can be released from quarantine. |
| ROFs with travel history from countries classified as red | Passengers, regardless of vaccination status, who arrived from countries classified as Red, shall be required to complete quarantine under a home quarantine set-up for fourteen (14) days from date of arrival and shall likewise undergo NPS/OPS RT-PCR testing, five (5) days from date of arrival. RT-PCR testing shall be conducted by the Uswag Molecular Laboratory at the covered gym of Lapaz Plaza without cost. |
| Returning Residents, Non-Essential Travel and Tourist | To return/enter Iloilo City, you need to submit the following documents:
