Nestled in the southwestern portion of Iloilo, the landlocked town of Igbaras boasts a hidden gem – Nadsadjan Falls. This captivating waterfall, one of only three known in the town, is a sight to behold. A single-tier cascade measuring about 100 feet tall, it plunges into a cool, natural pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after your adventure.
Reaching Nadsadjan Falls involves a 1.5-kilometer trek along the river. Be prepared for some rock hopping and climbing sections that will surely get your heart pumping with anticipation of the majestic falls ahead.
While Nadsadjan Falls isn’t fully developed, it offers a rustic charm. Don’t expect amenities like cottages, picnic tables, or even restrooms and changing rooms.
Nadsadjan Falls is a popular destination, especially during peak seasons. The falls are accessible daily but a tour guide is highly recommended, especially for first-time visitors, to help you navigate the trail and ensure your safety.
