I was checking my order in tiktok and I found out that my expected parcel to be deliver today November 19, 2024, was rescheduled. Unfortunately, I DID NOT rescheduled my delivery date, the RIDER rescheduled itself.

I just want to raise my complain with the J&T Pototan, Iloilo rider Inego Meljem Beneder.
The scheduled delivery of my parcel was yesterday but I didn’t receive any notification need ko pa pong e open ang Lazada App to track my parcel. The rider called me past 3 pm yesterday but I am not able to answer his call because I’m at the office I haven’t notice his call but he didn’t texted me that he is assigned for the delivery of my parcel. Earlier today while I’m preparing to work he called me 3 times and still I haven’t notice his call. Then, he texted me ( please see attached screenshot) napaka Bastos!. Pinalagpas ko po!. Then, I decided to go to their office to claim my parcel. But ang layu ko pa po sa kanya pinag mumura na nya ako sabi ” next time sagutin nyo ang tawag” I’m in shocked.
Detailed address na po nilagay ko sa lazada app all you want to do is hanapin bahay ko napaka liit po ng sitio namin. And he even know na aside sa bahay kapag walang tao alam nya saan pwede ipa received parcel ko. And he lied ang sabi dapat aq daw talaga mg received ng parcel! Huh!? Dami ko nang parcel at iniiwan lang sa bahay or even sa office nila for pick up.
I formally request to call his attention regarding his disrespectful and rudeness attitude towards your customers.
Pangalan po ng Company nyo ang dala nya. He is one of your employee to give nice image of your company.

rider: ALUMBRO JERIC ara ka na sa area na dapat guindeliver mo ang parcel ngaa wla mo nlg guindeliver…my doorbell ang house … it was for my aunt shes been waiting for that parcel just using my account!!!
Today I received my 2 of my parcels, delivered by a rider named Charles Sangolan. It costs 180 and 139 pesos, the total should be 319 pesos. But the said rider asked for 376 pesos instead. I would like to report this incident.
